Slide Bearing Assembly with full welded elements. This configuration replaces the upper Fluorogold庐 or Teflon庐 Slide Bearing element with a polished stainless steel plate. The benefit is this system increases the psi capability from the standard 2,000 psi to 3,500 psi.
Upper Element :
10 gauge type 304 Stainless 亚博系列全平台入口 polished to a 2b finish.
Lower Element :
3/32" thick Fluorogold庐 bonded to 10 gauge carbon steel backing plate, tack welded to the structural steel member or sole plate.
Loads : 75 psi to 3,500 psi
Temperature : -320掳 to +400掳 F
